Amazing!
I’ve been away for almost three weeks. I visited family in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
I stayed in my range of weight!
How did I do it?
Even though we were out for meals, drank and snacked; I still got out for a few hikes and walks.
I made a point of eating well and less on the days that I could.
70,0 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 8,4 kg.    Sisa: 2,0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
