I have no idea how I have gained 4 pounds since Saturday! I'm in shock really. I have been eating well and working out consistently. I don't know if it's muscle gain from spinning/weight lifting? But it still seems a bit much. Ugh, maybe I'm just stressing out too much. I'm going to follow the Eat Clean diet principles more, and incorporate protein/complex carb at each meal, and try some more variety. But it is still never fun to see such a large increase.
