The workouts are going great, I love them and I'm having fun with them even though they kick my butt! I loved the arms and shoulders but I think I pulled a muscle in my arm...it hurts a lot and I can't straighten that arm without feeling a good amount of pain. I don't think it's just sore, the other arm is sore and this feels worse. Hopefully whatever it is that happened to it feels better soon because I DO NOT want to stop and tomorrow we have legs and back and I am guessing we have to do pull ups for the back.
I'm struggling with the diet, I think I'm going to go back to my other diet, which is the basic counting cals, fat, carbs, and protein. I feel like I need more energy, they don't allow enough carbs. I'm also missing my fruits, I know they have sugar but 1 fruit a day is not enough...more fruit can't hurt! And I cannot finish eating all that protein...it's too much!
I'm also a little sad that the number on the scale went up. I tried to prepare myself mentally for this and I knew that there was a good chance that I would gain a little since I'm working out so much but I just hate seeing that number go up. Hopefully next week it'll go down to at least 139!
