OMG I have finally lost a bit yay ...it is very hard work...I am not moaning but just aware of how much harder it is to lose weight as I have got older. My appetite has definitely increased as well...honestly the strange things that nature does 😂...I think I may give the intermittent fasting plan a go. My neighbour said its not has hard as it sounds to only eat 500 cals a couple of days a week...well I am sceptical but am prepared to give it a go 😉

Hello Cherry6y, yes you are right the older you get the harder the weight loss. You have gone up a bit, but it doesn't matter as I have done many a time, it's a bit like falling off something and getting back on again and carrying on. We cando that in accidents so we can do this indiet too. We hurt in other. You hurt when you fall off, and you hurt in diet as well we know.
