so first week since i started weight has gone up,,,
but then ive now new scales and realized its best not to put scales on carpet, as its a false reading from beginning....
beat start from today again...🙂

Baz...some other wise man on here said he had a 'favoutite tile' that he sat his scales on....that's the only reason I figured out why I was getting different readings! We all do it, don't worry about it ❤️

I think it's better to focus not on weight, but on volume. You work out in the gym, the weight can be more sometimes after powerlifting

Never never scales on the carpet! Find a nice hard flat floor!
