Back to fasting...
Had cake and trifle this weekend. Weighed it though...
During the week i stick to 1200 calories and the weekend i opt for anything between 1200 to 1500.
I exercise Monday to Sunday by achieving 9000 steps, and gym Monday to Friday.


Really proud of myself.

Considering eliminating carbs (rice) from dinner but I find that not safe as that's something i want to eat and don't find unhealthy unless in excess.

What to do 😭
89,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 5,1 kg.    Sisa: 14,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Im no expert but i say stick to what you doing if it works, Like mentioned many times here dont just watch the scale watch the cm's too, for me it seems like you have everything covered nicely and you have consistency going, So i say keep up the good work and enjoy it :)

@carnage02 Thanks. I think so too... Im trying to be as practical as possible. Although I would love to lose the weight faster. Slow and steady seems reasonable
