So I pretty much failed all the goals I set for myself this weekend. I ended up eating out for all three meals on Saturday. I did make some effort to avoid simple carbs, but not not nearly enough. I didn't take my measurements today. I think I'll wait until next Mon. I mean, really, what would be the point of doing it now?
