How are you doing with WW versus Atkins? I am doing better on Atkins to get the scale moving, but will probably switch to WW eventually b/c it has more variety!!!

I found Atkins way to limiting. I got bored. I couldn't my cravings past a certain point. There is way more variety and recipe ideas for WW. Plus the support of meetings is amazingly helpful. The weekly weigh in also makes me feel accountable.
