OMG that is an amazing achievement- do you have any tips for a newbie- I have a lot I would like to lose but I also have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue so exercise is difficult- hence why I have put so much weight on.

DKimmy. I roo have FM so I understand the toll it takes on your body, but I've literally done this with no exercise, just the odd gentle walk now and again. My symptoms have improved soooo much since losing the weight!
