I just have to say the power of prayer is amazing. My friend prayed with me and then the next day I woke up feeling really good. So good in fact that I have been back to the elliptical in the morning for 30m and at night for 30m. I havent been able to workout at all in weeks because of what ever it was that was going on with me. Thank you God for healing me!
Today I am grateful for
trying on a tankini and having it look nice. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought of wearing one and never have. why I chose after 5 kids to wear one is beyond me lol, but it looked nice and no belly showing. I was surprisingly confident in it.
having no pain and being able to work out
having a husband who tries so hard to help out and make me happy.
