First the important stuff. CANADA TOOK GOLD IN MEN'S OLYMPIC HOCKEY!!! WOOHOO!!! Nicely done boys. (To the team: I know you guys have been watching my progress with bated breath.) :D It looks as if my calories are fine for maintenance. I'll still put in the week to see how it goes. 12 degrees in the house this morning Kind of brisk. I guess I need food. I'm very happy with where I am right now. I hope everyone who truly wants it has the kind of success I've had in this. You've all been great to me. Six more days and then I'll switch gears.

Thanks Buffy. I'll average my weight over the next week and see where I'm at. Up to 14.5 in the house. I see it will be -30 C tonight. That's about where C and F meet. Where DID I put those extra blankets.
