Well here we are 165. :D Mini goal accomplished. Crazy to think of how far I have actually come. And while other people can do better, others can do worse, Really progress is all that matters. I seen this image the other day and It said something like, Even if you only exercise only ten minutes a day, you are still lapping those sitting on the couch. And its true. You have to start somewhere and do what you can.
