Fatsecret is working on the iPad again. Yay!
I had a retired woman, a CASA volunteer ask me yesterday if I was one of those people who looked forward to Fridays. Huh?! I suppose when retired Fridays lose their meaning but seriously? Do I? YES. And now it is Friday. Yay! Not a lot on my plate today either which is nice. Need to pick up a few things at the market before I get home. DH has tonight off too (usually he works Friday night) and we have a season of Game of Thrones to watch. Again, yay!
"New" low this morning to boot! What a great way to end the week. Next week is kind of crazy. I have a training to attend next Thursday and Friday. Looking forward to it. Topic is infant mental health, my favorite. Also a woman I've worked with in the past from Michigan is presenting. I have not seen her in a couple years, will be lovely to see her! I think I'll get a room and stay over in Spokane on Thursday. My youngest lives there and we are going to have dinner together. I will need to be very careful of my calories though ... But I can do it!
Seems like I had things I wanted to share when I couldn't write a journal but now my mind is blank! I suppose it's just as well, more time for exercise, right? I haven't noticed a difference yet in my clothes. I am so looking forward to expanding my wardrobe again. I have so many clothes I simply can't wear. Would love to pack away the bigger sizes again. Fortunately it's winter, hopefully as the weather brightens so will my wardrobe.
I am grateful.
Safe travels on wintry roads. Only eating one little piece of a choclate bar at staff meeting this week ( really GOOD chocolate!) Sleeping well. Feeling relatively well. Making progress back to a reasonable weight. And of course, Friday and coffee!
Weekends are always more challenging. So I will continue to be mindful, make wise choices, and be kind to myself! Take care my friends!
