And that should be about where I settle with the water and glycogen back in the system. The next week will be interesting as I stick to maintenance calories. Have a great day everyone. I'll be popping in and out as always through the day. It's one of the benefits and/or distractions of working from home.

People come through my door. I try to make them go away, but they keep coming. What can I do. ;)

Make them pay a dollar every time they come in! That way if they interrupt you, at least you're making money, haha!

A dollar? I don't open the door for a dollar. I open the door a crack and leave the chain on and ask them what they want. I'm very welcoming that way. ;)
