🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for July 9 - 15, Week 28: BACK ON TRACK!
✅No Junk Food: After pizza party all weekend with extrassssss, STOPPED the overeating on Tuesday! Like really stopped it LOL Diet focused again!!!!
✅Exercise: I can shuffle walk easily in apartment & hallways, even down to lobby and to outside (use cane when leave floor). However, I do feel a bit shaky on the sidewalk. Crossing the street is too much, feel like I am very vulnerable and unsafe with all the traffic and no safety of a wall to touch. Focus will be to feel stronger in my balance & walk; try a few 2 block nonstop stretches (no crosswalks). Patience!
Life update: Unexpected medical (gyno) issue last Friday wiped me out for 4 days. Feeling myself again! Antsy to be more mobile. Lots I can do in meantime. Re-blonded my hair so that was a triumph! Plan on a facial this weekend, too. Treat myself well :) Just trying to get into a routine to increase my productivity. Have a wonderful week, my friends!
