Well, I was very happy to see that I finally made it under 170, But Im a tad bit worried I may not make it to my mini goal of 165 by March 14th.. The lower you get in weight the harder is to lose it seems, and that is understandable, Plus I keep reminding myself, Muscle weighs more than fat, Muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle burns fat.... Hmmmmm lol. Its been very stressful week for me though, and I still have more stressful weeks to come... Thank God I do workout because it is definitely a major stress reliever.
76,7 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,7 kg.    Sisa: 15,4 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
Kehilangan 0,8 kg dalam 1 minggu
