Feelings of disappointment.... No loss on the scales this week after 3 gym visits and sticking to 3 healthy meals. Hopefully it will be a better result next week
82,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 9,5 kg.    Sisa: 15,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: 100%.

I have had the same situation. The main is to keep your head up, don't give up and you''ll see the weight reduction very soon!

same here :( 7 days of healthy food hell, 5 gym sessions and not a single lbs gone. Feeling very Deflated today!

I do feel better and know muscle weights heavier than fat.. 3lb loss last week was good and feel motivated ... But thanku ladies it's good to know I am not alone xx

Literally I have exactly the same situation! It's also important to remember that our water retention varies throughout the month so don't worry. Also, be glad it's the same and not a gain!!! :)
