I've basically been eating whatever I've wanted to the past couple of days (a slice of Costco pizza, frozen yogurt, a slice of cake, etc) and still lost a couple of pounds. And, most importantly, MET MY GOAL!
A few things I've learned through this 25 pounds journey: track your input (I had no idea how much I was eating until I tracked it), don't late night snack, don't eat nearly as much cheese, cut back on alcohol, and eat smaller portions in general (get a to go box ad soon as you order when eating out and put half in the box before you start eating--out of sight helps with out of mind).
Feeling pretty confident that I'll be able to maintain these new life skills. Very thankful for this app and this community!
