My hard work is finally paying off... Please don't you all think for a second that it will be a breeze, no folks here's the truth: it is hard rotting sweating in the gym every day, and all but starving in the day. You have to think with every movement can i increase this exercise? can i eat healthier, can i reduce this food from my list and my worst moments are: what did i just put in my mouth???
