Well I upped my routine a little tonight, and I feel muscles in my stomach I never felt before. And muscles on my side, so Im definitely keeping this for an every other day thing for now. Just so I dont hurt myself. Though I wish I could figure out the best workouts for my back Just to slim it down and tone it up without building too much muscle back there. lol. I feel pretty good I pushed myself harder on the treadmill also. It was a good night. I start a new morning routine Monday that I have put together for my target areas. Im pretty excited for that as well. Just wish my weight would stop fluctuating -_-
78,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0,5 kg.    Sisa: 17,7 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

MrsDuval....rows, push-ups, and lat pull downs are great workouts for your back. You will not build too much muscle in your back. The back is a big muscle, that means when you work it out, you'll burn lots of calories....and the benefit of resistance training is you continue to burn calories long after your workout is over. So sling some iron :)
