Still going down. It's great. My pants fit better. THOUGH I still am uneasy about it. It could well be caused by my diet, because I am not doing that much exercise. I seem to be losing a pound every couple of days. It's been raining these last three days, so I haven't been able to do my 300 cal walk. I better do some home exercise - i can do pilates if I can get my crappy computer to start up.
