Well, no movement on the scale.. which i guess I am a little happy about. I had a little bit of champagne while shopping at sprouts - there was someone handing it out, i can't pass up free booze :) - I also forgot to take me drops before dinner - I took them before bed instead - and (advice needed) I haven't been able to go #2 in a couple of days. Unfortunately i may need to hit up the forums to see what others are doing to combat this issue.

So, happy not to have gained, but would like to see the scale continue to go down!
70,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,9 kg.    Sisa: 9,3 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
