It’s a long process to lose a significant amount of weight. Looking at the big picture can be daunting. My FS goal is to get my BMI out of the “obese” range but that’s a long way off. It helps me to look at 10 lb. increments as stair steps on the way to that goal. I’ve only reached one of those mini-goals (so far) but the feeling of being successful is very satisfying and motivating! Maybe that will work for you, too? Try it!
