I've started training for the half marathon and am enjoying the structure of the workouts. I've also been eating Mich better. not surprisingly I feel better! am reading bob greenes book, the life you want to keep me motivated.
85,5 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,9 kg.    Sisa: 26,6 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
