Hey all, another weekend gone by and another pound down for the week. I'm going to try to hit it harder this week to see if I can hit my 2-3 lb. loss goal. I have been exercising more and, with the nice weather, have been doing yardwork. The combo is doing me some good despite not eating strictly to the diet this weekend. If nothing else I've tried to learn portion control and watch the calories even when I indulge. Weekends are a pain for me, but the week is generally easy to follow. Have a good week all!

You are doing so awesome!!! Keep up the good work. I hear you about the weekends...they seem to have gotten harder for me as summer has rolled around. When I started this in January, weekends were very easy for me, just like the week days, but no so much anymore...I need to defiantly try harder! Keep up the good work!
