I'm back down a pound and posting my loss 2 days early. Tomorrow is my daughter's 10th b-day, so we will most likely go out to eat and have dessert for it, so I don't want to lose posting my loss. Eating has been good in check and I've been going a little lower carb for dinners which always helps. I am over my cold so have been back to working out which has included: Sat- 1 hour walk, 20 min floor toning Sun- 2 mile run, 20 min floor Mon- 6 mile bike, 20 min weights
I'm trying to get back to doing situps, etc on the floor while we're watching tv at night. It's easy to do and really helps with toning. The next few days of exercise will be hard to do with birthday stuff and work. I should at least be able to tone at night though.
