I've been keeping my calorie intake at or slightly below 1000 calories. I went back up to 150 and have been loosing a pound a day since. I went up because I COMPLETELY blew it one day. Pizza, poporn...the works. BUT that only affected me a littl and since the calorie reduction I'm loosing more weight a day then when I first started...
