20 day weigh in usually I weigh every 15 days but I'm try not to stress the fact that I have hit a plateau again I guess I'm stuck in the 150's I did loose 3 lbs that I had gained and never logged because I was so upset about it only going up or maintaing I want to loose 10 more pounds new goal is 140lbs

Yes they are especially when you have so much weight to loose. I'm thankful I usually hit those plateau after 50lbs loss
