I was nervous stepping onto the scale this morning after being on holiday for almost two weeks. But I’m happy with this! Hallelujah! I ate three meals a day and def went over my RDI during the time, but I think staying active throughout helped balance it out? Anyway, I have a big YAY today. ❤️
76,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 26,6 kg.    Sisa: 1,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
