Post New Years Eve. Likely water. Had a Coke, 90g Doritos, and Chinese food in celebration. Not guilty at all! Back on track this morning.

Ratio at lunch was based on 1 gr carb per 2.2 of mass. 50 gr protein. 32% calories from fat. Ratio for cortisol control post workout. Also L-Glut supplement.

Going lower carb tomorrow morning.
