I feel fantastic 😊 but I don't know why...I'd like to push a little more and change my goal to 149... I know it's just a number but it's psychological to me 🙂

Good for you! Maybe leave it for now and after hitting this goal you can create your new one. I’m a numbers person too, and it does help me seeing that objective type of progress so I get where you’re coming from with it. I have a body assessment done every 4-6 weeks so it’s really nice to see all the stats around weight, body fat. Skeletal mass, etc.
