Very hungry at evening.. need to come up with a plan.. but at least I'm not eating unhealthy foods.
74,8 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 0 kg.    Sisa: 19,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Have you considered drinking a cup of hot tea when you are hungry? I'm fortunate that almost all of my eating temptation is from 5am-3pm. After that, I'm ok. I'm weird, I know.

I agree, I have an assortment of teas to chose from. I would suggest that if you are truly hungry, then you need to eat more ie: volume during your meal. A trick of mine, have precooked potatoes in the fridge. A sliced cold potato 🥔 with just a sprinkle of salt is amazingly delicious and filling for around 100 calories. I’m weird too, 😆

You can always try a bit of Greek yogurt. Because it's high in protein and low in fat, it helps you to feel fuller. Good luck

Maybe you’re not getting enough fibre in your diet? It’s suggested to have 25-30 grams a day & it seriously helps you feel so much more full when you get enough! High fibre foods I usually eat are: lentils, any beans (chickpeas etc), peas and edamame, avocado, fibre cereals, high fibre breads, and chia seeds/powder (easy to sneak in smoothies or overnight oats). I have the same issue. Cravings hit right an hour or so after supper and typically last an hour. Good to plan a task, nothing sedentary or continue having a healthy snack. That’s a success in my books, as I’ve been unable to several times during this process.

similar to what Debbie said! after dinner, if I feel full-ish, but know I want a snack later, I'll drink a cup of hot/warm water and I'll be good for the night!

If needing an evening binge, I do plain popcorn. it sates my need to stuff.

Carrots are pickles are usually a good low cal snack

try adding more protein in your diet. it makes you full for longer! try eating chickpeas instead of rice or potato's with a meal!

I get very hungry in the evening, but I do eat u healthy food. All I crave is chips and cookies

Tea works for me in the evenings, anything herbal with a bit of honey

I like half a dozen frozen grapes in the evening. Refreshing and naturally sweet. Add 1/8cup of mixed nuts (protein and “good” fat) to combat hunger. Eat it *slowly,* and give it half an hour. Your hunger will be eased.
