Although I've had better weigh ins I feel good that now I'm supplementing my diet with extra exercise (rather than relying or on riding and netball) that the pounds are shifting quicker. I only started yoga and going for runs this week but it's made me feel much better about my diet and my general fitness. Next weekend is going to be a tough one as I have a Ball to go to on Sunday where there will be a lot of food and wine, I think I just need to concentrate of how I will feel if all this hard work that I've done has gone to waste. Positive thoughts. I won't drink loads and I won't eat all the pies :P
