Hanging in there. 5 lbs to go. Actually, I'm curious to see where exactly I am going to stop. I am not really doing anything drastic. I'm making a lifestyle change. I will be happy with wherever I land concerning my weight. My ultimate goal is to be healthier, to firm up and feel good. To stave off illness. I do hope to be another 3 lbs lighter when I see the Doc in 2 wks. That would be sweet!! 125ish has been my ideal weight for most of my life and if I hit 129/130 I will be very satisfied. I don't know if getting as low as 125 would be good for me, we'll see. I just want to continue on the road I'm on and see what happens. Another 5 lbs and I'll be down another size and that I must say, is quite exciting!!
