Been very stable for the past two weeks, but it also turns out I’m 4-week pregnant! I had adapt my workouts a little and reach my daily calorie goal of 1800 instead of my usual 1200. I don’t want to lose any more weight considering my pregnancy but I definitely want to stay stable as much as possible, at least until I reach 12 weeks.
