Woke up this morning and my entire body is sore. Insanity Cardio Recovery is still very hard. I also woke up with a headache, congestion, and flem. I hope I am not getting sick again! Hope I can get in the mood to workout today, looks like it's going to be rough.
65,3 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 6,8 kg.    Sisa: 4,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Beautiful new pic of the family skinny, no wonder you are always so happy! Drink a lot of fluids, especially chicken broth for a day or so to try to get rid of those symptoms. Hope you feel better and have a nice weekend buddy!

Loving the family portrait. Its inspirational seeing a busy mom like you make time to excercise. How is insanity going?? I need to get back onto P90 starting today!
