Crafting weekend involves a lot of sitting, and I felt it in my tight muscles all weekend. Add on some over indulgence because our friends alway have a buffet on the counter. Now there’s usually 1-2 main course items and LOTS of veggies, consisting of a mixture of raw and cooked; and a lot of fruit too. But I ate way more of everything than I should due to we just eat a lot when around these friends because the way the food is prepped/served makes it easy to do so. Here’s to a fresh start on a new week.
