No sugar or carbs... Going nuts... I think I am having withdrawal symptoms... Lololol Any advice?

My sister is a nutritionist. She kept saying to me that understanding your level of activity and making sure your calorie goal was essential. She said I could eat whatever I wanted so long as it matched the calorie goal for the day. Specifically for me as I'm not so active she wanted me to have lower carbs. I'm now eating 3 good meals a day and having a pudding in the evening. So I'm finding you can eat nice food but you got to count all the calories. My husband and I painfully batch cook our dinners every weekend for the week ahead. It saves so much time in the week
