Half term and a week off work for me and the other half .... never does me any good. Back to routine after today. Weigh more now than I did when I started and I’m so annoyed with myself!!! DIY day to stop me snacking!!!!
92,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 1,6 kg.    Sisa: 10,8 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

We got this!! Back on track! And yes got loads of painting done.... but now the rest of the house looks undone so maybe DIY weekends for the foreseeable ☺️ Thanks for your comment x
