Omg I did it!!!!!! Hit my goal weight in 10 months expectations was 1 year. Hard work dedication and consistency pays off if I did it so can you. Believe in yourself. hypertension gone, diabetes type 2 gone, tachycardia gone, sleep apnea gone, iron deficiency anemia gone all brought on because of Obesity. Obesity kills slowly!!!! and yes I do have other health conditions still but loosing the weight also helps with management of uncurable diseases and may even slow progression. The right foods are better than medicine it works wonders I am living prove. Now only on vitamins.

I wish girlie!!! I just changed it to try to switch things up. My goal is still 156 and beyond. I am seeing if I can just focus on small losses at this 1/2 way point. Right before I hit my goal, I’m going to lower it again until I get there. That’s my plan for now 🥰💜💚

Jcmama, if that works that's good for me what worked the most was not constantly weighting myself. I still wait atleast 15 to 20 days in between.

Thanks everyone haven't logged my food in about 2 months and still loosing weight because I haven't changed my way of eating took me 20 days to loose the last 3lbs I was ok with that no rush.

That’s a good idea too! Over the summer, I focused on swimming and not the scale, like not obsessed over it and tried weighing in a week to 2 weeks. I felt the 210 when I posted that weight. I wasn’t surprised by it, but sad. I’m finding that I’m back on the scale daily only to find myself up 3 down two, up one down 3-4. It’s like torture. So I’m going to stop stressing myself out, there’s already enough stress, and focus on the mini goal. I’m going to try that friend. Thank you ☺️

I'm so happy for you! What a great feeling! Im intrigued by your comments about scale and logging. I see a nutritionist that constantly tells me to only weigh myself at most once a week, she would prefer every 2 weeks..I can't go that long. If I don't log my food I slip cuz I need that accountability. I wish I didn't...

Oh yes please stop our weight fluctuates alot from day to day and can be very discouraging alot have quit do to this they think all there hatd work is not working that's false it's just everyones results shows in different time interval I never weight 10 days before my period it's always inaccurate.in turn that creates stress which then creates cortisol which then does really result in weight gain bad habit. Sometimes what would do is drink a gallon of water a day for 2 weeks and weight myself at wk 4 when the body flushed it out along with some fat from your fat cells making them shrink an in turn you weight less. Water is great!!!
