Today at work, I had an epiphany. I dont know where it came from, but I just felt instantly motivated. It all started when my mind wandered.

I wondered what would I look like at my ideal weight?
How much better would I look?
How awsome would it be to wear a skimpy bikini?

And that was it. I instantly craved it.

As soon as I got off, I ate sensibly, and went to park to work out.
Im proud of myself. I burned 700 calories!

I want it badly.

I just need to stay focused when my motivation isnt as strong.

I can & will do it!!
