I'm still doing the Dr Ian Smiths 4 day diet and it's going pretty well, i've cheated a few times but it hasn't hurt me that bad. I think that once i start getting serious about the exercise the pounds will start to melt away!!!!
83,9 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 2,3 kg.    Sisa: 18,1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.
Kehilangan 1,6 kg dalam 1 minggu

Hi there can you tell me more about the Dr.Lan Smith diet, is it for everyone? Iam currently on the southbeach diet phase one so far so good but i did cheat this weekend and even went beyond my 1 free day and made it 2 days of eating indulgence :( Exercise + diet does make a huge difference versus diet alone, i have been going to the gym for a week plus the diet plan and there have been changes. Good luck to us!
