Normally I don’t weigh in on Fridays BUT today is the last day of my 100MM on beach body and I wanted to compare what I was at the beginning of the program to now. I’m 1.8 lbs HEAVIER! But in the defense of the program there is a lot of weight training and I can definitely see it in my arms. Next up will be 80 day obsession and I will be starting slow as in doing the little bit obsessed workouts for 2 weeks (since it’s only 5 days long) so I can get comfortable with the moves and new equipment that I have t used before. One of those items is a foam roller, I found some simple moves to practice using it and WOW it is a life changer for my muscles. I didn’t really think a large foam cylinder could do such great things. Well I’m off to a full weekend of rest from tough workouts, planning on doing some foam rolling or yoga for stretching/preparing for next week.
