Oh dear! 😣 I've been away on holiday. I had good intentions as I took healthy food to the Bach where we were staying. The first night we were there, I thought.."sod it, I'm on holiday", and decided to eat and drink what I liked 🍾🍷🍫🍰🍦🍕🍟🌮😁 It was fun! Now I need to work to get it off. I was thinking of trying the Fast Diet again. Starting today! I've been fasting all day, I shall have my tea soon.
