This period weight better come off! It bugs me. I sometimes have fleeting doubts that all that weight that came off was void because I got my period and gained it all back. BUT When I woke up this morning and went to get on the scale. I looked in the mirror and I visibly looked thinner. My stomach was not hanging as much or sticking out as much. I thought for sure the scale would reflect this. It did not. I put on a pair of jeans that were shrunk at the hospital and they fit. So the scale is not my only indicator just a big motivator. Plus my first goal was when I get under 200 I get a manicure and man do I really want that!
Things I am thankful for
1- I fit into my jeans
2- I have a positive self image
3- I am doing it! Im sticking with it, eating right, exercising and not eating after 7pm. I am doing it!
4- Also today I am very grateful and thankful for a nurse and my mother in law coming to give me a break. Grocery store + no kids = HEAVEN! (even in a snow storm)
