I stepped on the scale during the week, and my weight went up 2 lbs. I was really upset about it because I never went over my calories, and could not understand why it would fluctuate the way it did. Until I read that increasing your water intake can cause you to temperarily gain. That makes me feel better. I just didn't know what the reason was, and now that I know it was water weight, I am not worried if it happens again. I have started taking vitamin B12 & fish oil as well. I now take a multi, D, B12, & Omega every morning. I should probably start taking calcium too...

I have a bit of a sore throat, which makes it hard to drink water. I only had 5 glasses yesterday. Hope to increase the amount today, even if it means I have to heat it up.
