so I've been gone for a while. Im sure most of us agree 2020 was ROUGH, to say the least. It was certainly tough for me; went through some ups and downs in my personal life and so here I stand weighing in at 169.2 pounds. Back to the drawing board as they say. So I ran across the MEDITERRANEAN DIET last week and although I knew OF it, it scared me a little because on this diet you are allowed to eat bread....BREAD! The Mediterranean Food pyramid made me rethink the way I look at food.... long story short, I'm giving it a try. If anyone is reading this I'll keep u posted, if not, I'll keep myself posted! 🙂
