I can get one of the three rings I wear off! I know when I reach my goal weight...I'll be able to take off my wedding ring...not that I want to keep it off, though. Also, can't wait until my inner thighs stop touching when I walk. How else do you know when you've reached your goal weight?

You are doing so good! I am down a little this week, feeling good.
Reaching my goal = getting in my old jeans and getting on the horses is easier :) Hard to pull up all this extra weight. Can't wait to get into the 160's!! Great job Deb. You inspire me.

Thanks, Geo! It isn't always easy. I still am tempted many times to eat those foods I loved before. Yesterday there was a box with dozens of my favorite doughnuts at school. I was tempted by the aromas of concession foods at soccer games. I enjoy the smells, but choose not to indulge. It really helps that Yoli keeps me full & suppresses my appetite.
Keep your head up with positive thoughts. You WILL reach your goal!

I know! Before I started dieting my ring fit well. I could slide it on and off but it was not too lose, nor too tight. Now, I have to be careful not to lose it because it falls off all the time.
