Getting back to my starting weight at the beginning of 2020. I’ve been having a hard time focusing in on food choices for myself and staying consistent with them. One thing I started having again during the week is my coffee protein drink that I find delicious. Sometimes I will have a little something with it but there are days when I’m constantly running between kids and it takes me the entire morning to drink my coffee. Week two of focusing in on protein intake and trying to move more in the form of walking/playing with my younger two.
