Weigh in Wednesday and I am back in my healthy BMI range with about 30lbs left to lose. While I am aware the number on the scale doesn't mean as much as how healthy I am feeling, this has been a long time goal of mine and I'll be sure to try my hardest to achieve it. 30lbs seems like a far away task but 4 years ago I was 240lbs! A 5'4 female weighing as much as a 6'1 male was INSANE to me. so from where I started to where I am now, almost 100lbs later, I'm happy to say even with my slight fluctuations in weight I have lost consistently and my body feels so much better. Weight training, Hiit and yoga are my go to workouts but portion control has really been key to my success
